Thank you for choosing Smilez360 for your special event! We are a family-owned business that provides
360 booth rental services for Chicago and surrounding Chicagoland suburbs. To book with us, please

Set-Up: 
1. Romer has no space restrictions, and this is the recommendation for those smaller events with
limited space.
2. However, all other packages require at least 10 x 10 ft. of space in order to operate!
3. All Clients will be asked to show where you would like us to set up, even for outdoor events.
4. If a package is booked and you don't have the proper space requirements, then we will do all that
we can to still capture your special moments, but there will be no refunds given.

Pricing: 
All Packages have a 2 Hour minimum for services
Adding additional hours is easy...pricing is listed under each category
If client chooses a venue where parking / entry is not complimentary, then additional fees are required for
services

Travel Policy:
At Smilez360, we bring the equipment and the Smilez360 Expert to you! With that being said, we have
included a 25 mile travel (from office in Oak Park, Il.) within our pricing. Anything over this amount will
result in an additional travel fee:
Travel between 26 - 40 miles requires a $50 travel fee
Travel between 40 - 70 miles requires a $65 travel fee
Deposit Policy: 
30% Deposit of your total is required to secure your date of service (no exceptions). The remaining
balance must be paid 1 week (7 days) prior to event date. Rush Bookings (anything within 5 days of
event) must be paid in full at the time of the booking. Promotional Packages require 50% Deposit (no
exceptions).

Cancellation Policy: 
At Smilez360, we understand that life happens, and we are willing to work with you if your event changes
or cancels. Within 1 week of your scheduled date of service, if you cancel then all monies are refundable
except for deposit fee.  
Please call us to speak with a live agent in the case of any changes or cancellations! 

Damage of Equipment: 
In the occurrence of damage to the equipment (caused by the renter or guests attending the event) will
make the renter financially liable for repairs / replacements. In addition, this will forfeit the remaining time
scheduled for your event and the possibility of a refund.  

Terms of Liability: 
Smilez360 is not liable for any accidents caused to guests / participants due to their negligence and/or
personal injury. We have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
